Recent Works
Working primarily with pen and ink on paper, handmade paper, and synthetic surfaces, my recent works explore the intersection of observation, memory, and subconscious expression. Drawing inspiration from landscapes, human figures, botanical forms, and everyday experiences, I transform recognizable imagery into intuitive visual narratives through expressive line, fluid ink, and layered marks. The dialogue between deliberate gestures and the unpredictable movement of ink allows forms to emerge and dissolve, reflecting the shifting nature of perception and memory. These works exist between drawing and painting, inviting viewers to navigate personal associations and the emotional landscapes embedded within each composition.
